Article Processing Charge (APC)
This journal is a Gold Open Access journal. Authors pay a fee only after their manuscript is formally accepted.

The APC is a flat fee. It does not change with page count, number of co-authors, or color figures. The printed copy does not affect the free online version.
What Your APC Pays For
- Review management: similarity screening and coordination of double-blind peer review.
- Production: copyediting, layout typesetting, and proofreading.
- Identification: Crossref DOI registration for every article.
- Access: permanent online hosting and archiving, free to read under the journal's open-access license.
How Payment Works
Refunds
Production starts as soon as an article is accepted, so paid fees are non-refundable, including when the author withdraws after acceptance. The only exception is a publisher error, such as a double charge.
Fee Waivers
Authors from low-income countries (World Bank classification) and domestic authors with documented financial hardship may request a partial or full waiver. Send the request when you submit, together with a justification letter from your institution, through the Editorial Office Contact page.
