The South Sumatra Provincial National Narcotics Board (BNNP) is a government institution responsible for implementing programs related to the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN). In carrying out administrative duties and public services, employees are required to maintain professionalism, discipline, and productivity while dealing with various work demands. This community service activity aimed to provide psychoeducation on work stress management, work motivation, and optimism through a pocket book for employees of BNNP South Sumatra. The activity involved 13 employees and was conducted through the distribution and use of a pocket book containing practical information, motivational messages, stress management strategies, and simple relaxation techniques. The activity was evaluated through observation and participant feedback during the implementation. The results showed positive responses from participants, including greater participation in discussions, increased interest in the materials, and more open sharing of work-related experiences. Participants also reported that the pocket book provided useful reminders for maintaining motivation and a positive perspective when dealing with work demands. The activity indicates that a pocket book can serve as a practical psychoeducational medium to support work motivation, stress management, and optimism among employees.
Penerapan Terapi Gambar Terstruktur untuk Meningkatkan Atensi dan Regulasi Emosi pada Klien ODGJ di PSR-GPODGJ
Cognitive difficulties, including thought disorganization and problems with emotional regulation, may occur among people with mental disorders (PMD). This study aimed to evaluate the application of Structured Drawing Therapy in supporting sustained attention and emotional regulation among PMD clients at the Social Rehabilitation Center for Vagrants, Beggars, and People with Mental Disorders (PSR-GPODGJ) in South Sumatra Province, Palembang. The study employed a descriptive qualitative case study involving three clients, namely DR, DC, and Z, who showed attention difficulties, hallucinations, and emotional instability. The intervention was conducted in two main sessions. Session 1 focused on cognitive stimulation and reality orientation through thematic drawing activities, while Session 2 focused on fine motor control and frustration tolerance through line-drawing and shading activities involving geometric and floral patterns without the use of an eraser. The evaluation results indicated improvements in sustained attention, task independence, tolerance of mistakes, and behavioral control during the activities. For some clients, hallucinatory symptoms were not observed while the intervention activities were being conducted. The structured and repetitive drawing activities also provided clear task boundaries that helped the clients maintain attention and complete the activities. These findings suggest that Structured Drawing Therapy has potential as a supportive activity in psychosocial rehabilitation for PMD clients. However, further evaluation using systematic measures is needed to assess changes in attention and emotional regulation more accurately.
Edukasi Rehabilitasi Bagi Masyarakat Melalui Media Flipchart di BNNP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
Drug abuse is a major problem that threatens public health, social well-being, and the sustainability of future generations. Its effects extend beyond physical health to psychological conditions, social relationships, and individual quality of life. Therefore, appropriate educational efforts are needed to improve public understanding of the importance of rehabilitation for people affected by drug use. This community service program provided education using flipchart media as a psychoeducational tool to present information in a systematic, communicative, and accessible manner. The implementation showed positive responses from the community, including greater attention, active participation, and increased understanding of drug rehabilitation services during the educational sessions. The use of visual information also helped clarify misconceptions about rehabilitation and encouraged a better understanding of rehabilitation as a medical and social recovery process. These findings indicate that flipchart media can support community education on drug rehabilitation and contribute to the dissemination of information related to rehabilitation services within families and communities.

The activities included emotion cards, picture-guessing exercises, object identification, and simple communication training to develop the participant's social interaction skills. The results showed positive changes in communication skills, confidence in answering questions, ability to maintain conversations, eye contact, and participation in social activities. The participant, who initially tended to be passive, gradually showed greater initiative to interact and provided better responses during the activities. These results suggest that therapeutic activities can serve as an approach to support social rehabilitation and the development of interpersonal skills among people with mental disorders.
Pendampingan Pengelola Desa Wisata Karangjaya, Karawang melalui Platform Digital Berbasis Komunitas
The development of digital technology has transformed tourist behavior in searching for information, making reservations, and sharing travel experiences. Modern tourists increasingly rely on digital platforms, social media, and destination information systems when making travel decisions. However, many tourism villages continue to manage their destinations conventionally, resulting in relatively low competitiveness compared with destinations that have adopted digital technologies. Therefore, this community service program aimed to develop a strategic framework for tourism village development by utilizing digital technology through a community-based approach known as Community-Based Sustainable Tourism (CBST). The program applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through mentoring for tourism village managers. The CBST approach is important because it positions local communities as both the primary actors and the principal beneficiaries of tourism development. The program resulted in a strategic solution through the development of a community-based digital platform that functions as a medium for promotion, reservations, destination information, tour package management, and visitor monitoring through an integrated dashboard. Through this platform, village communities can manage tourism more independently, transparently, sustainably, and competitively.

Formalisasi Struktural (AD/ART) sebagai Katalisator Kepuasan Komunikasi dan Komitmen Kelompok pada Komunitas Perempuan di Prabumulih
This community service program aims to address the stagnation and membership attrition of grassroots community groups through structural governance interventions. The program involved 22 participants, consisting of 10 members of a Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani) and 12 micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) members in Karangan Village, Prabumulih. Baseline data (T1) indicated that the absence of formal governance contributed to a decline in active members from 20–23 to 10 individuals, accompanied by a low perceived commitment level of 50 out of 100 due to role ambiguity and unstructured communication. To resolve these challenges, the Community Involvement and Development (CID) Team of PT Pertamina EP Limau Field facilitated participatory assistance in formulating the internal statutes and bylaws (Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga/AD-ART). Post-intervention evaluation (T2) demonstrated positive developments in group dynamics, in which the drafted AD/ART clarified division of roles, mitigated micromanaging tendencies by group leaders, and improved communication satisfaction through structured communication channels. The institutionalization process serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce role clarity, enhance the communication climate, and gradually restore member commitment.

Assistance in slaughtering and distributing sacrificial animals at Darul Ulum Mosque, Amban, Manokwari, during Eid al-Adha 1446 H/2025 aimed to strengthen compliance with Islamic law, animal welfare, hygiene and sanitation, and ASUH standards. The activity used direct field assistance with the mosque committee, covering site preparation, antemortem inspection, slaughtering supervision, postmortem inspection, meat cutting, packaging, and coupon-based distribution. Evaluation used observation, documentation, and measurable indicators, including the percentage of animals passing antemortem inspection, postmortem follow-up, package production, distribution coverage, and compliance with key hygiene practices. All 15 cattle passed antemortem inspection and were declared healthy, mature, and free from visible defects. Slaughtering used sharp knives, recitation of basmalah and takbir, controlled restraint, and visual barriers to reduce stress. Postmortem inspection found most carcasses and organs fit for consumption. Minor liver fluke findings were handled by removing infected parts before distribution. A total of 600 meat packages were prepared and distributed to 599 beneficiaries across 33 clusters. The activity helped the committee work more orderly, separate clean and dirty areas, avoid mixing meat and offal, and distribute meat more transparently. This model can support safer, more hygienic, and accountable qurban practices at mosque level.
Konsentrasi Belajar Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) pada Pembelajaran Individual di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB)
Children with special needs require educational services tailored to their individual characteristics and abilities. One of the main challenges in educating children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is their low ability to maintain learning concentration due to sensory integration issues and environmental distractions. This community service activity aimed to implement individualized learning strategies to enhance students' learning concentration. The activity employed a qualitative descriptive approach during a three-month internship at SLB-C Autis Pelita Hati Palembang. Painting activities were implemented as a learning medium for two students with ASD who exhibited different characteristics. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and field notes. The results showed that learning concentration was significantly influenced by internal factors, such as neurological readiness and attention span, as well as external factors, particularly the classroom environment. Painting activities effectively enhanced self-regulation and sustained attention by integrating visual, motor, and sensory stimulation simultaneously, thereby reducing sensory overload. Observations revealed that the first student could maintain focus for up to ten minutes before displaying mild stimming behavior, whereas the second student had a shorter attention span (three to five minutes) and was highly sensitive to classroom noise. In addition to appropriate media, brief and consistent instructions, prompt teacher intervention, positive reinforcement, and a conducive learning environment proved to be crucial factors in supporting the success of individualized learning for students with ASD.
